There is a blanket of wave sounds in these recordings, but I wanted to augment this by capturing some of the rock pool trickles and drips.

The loading of the embeddable audio player seems a bit cantankerous at the moment. Please refresh a couple of times if you find you have the same problem. I’ll monitor this and will perhaps have to do something about it if it persists.
Okay… call it impatience, but I’ve gone ahead and swapped the Bandcamp.com player with the Soundcloud one. It seems a lot happier.
It is good to see you are back with new sounds Ollie. Was it recorded with TFBs or were these the Edirols? Happy 2011, let’s hope it will bring even more sounds to be captured.
Hi Vladmimir.
It was using the TFBs – my other mics, Roland CS10-EM do not seem to perform as well, especially in a windy environment.
Yes, they are the Rolands of course 😉
It’s a pity it didn’t work out because bringing headphones and mics together looked like a good idea.
Well, I don’t think they’re bad… It’s just that I’m generally a bit happier with the results I get from the TFBs.
